The person-centred conditions are at the core of my counselling work with clients and contribute towards a mutually trusting therapeutic relationship. Experience
I became a psychotherapist after my personal positive chances experience thanks to talk therapy. It was then I decided to train myself in Counselling, and give back to others what made me flourish.
It has been a while I have been working in my private practice, after I collaborated with HQ Therapy Rooms agency in London for a couple of years. I also have over 6 years of experience working within NHS mental health services as a health and well-being Peer Coach, as a Learning Difficulties Worker and as a Recovery Peer Tutor. Prior to this, I worked for over 15 years as a Career Counsellor in Florence (Italy), so I have extensive experience with a wide and diverse cross-section of the community.
Past clients have said I have made a positive difference in their lives, and this is what drives me in my client work.
I adhere to the Ethical Framework laid down by the BACP which emphasises principles of fidelity, autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence, justice and self-respect. I follow the BACPs Professional Conduct Procedure. I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their issues.
